• Details: Local Search allow users to search for local businesses customized based on their location, which in short is a geographically constrained search against a structured object store. A typical local search queries include not only information about "what" the site visitor is searching for but also "where" information, such as a street address, phone no, city, postal code etc.
• A search that references a product or service that is typically consumed locally, such as "restaurant" or "supermarket", is an implicit local search. Query once identified as a local query, results the relevant entities in the form of carousel on top or business list on Left or details of specific entity on right panel of Bing as per the backend logic.

• Enhancement of OPC-TAS to handle bucket of FA services:
• I. This project aimed to bundle all services of same customer and accord the sharing of same physical resources thus reducing backend reprocessing and also better customer experience to view dependencies and navigating among associated services
• Enhancement of TAS-EM for Production Event Notifications:
• This project aimed for monitoring service outages (unplanned, performance degradation, maintenance), keeping track of all information for future audit trail and communicating with customers once resolution is done by three notifications (immediate, detailed and summary) justifying the reason for outage on pre-defined schedules.
