Currently working as a Senior brand manager for Nykaa’s private (owned) brands. My scope spans across 8 brands in 5 categories. I am responsible for growth on nykaa’s online channels, planning marketing spends, managing promotion budgets and delivering EBITDA goals for the online channel. I am also responsible for ad spend efficiency and discount reduction as key goals to drive profitability and growth. Previously, I was working on strategic projects in the CEO’s Office, Nykaa beauty. I was responsible for driving projects and initiatives for the Beauty business with cross functional teams. Some of my key goals included improving profitability, building org structure efficiency, improving customer experience and driving collaboration with strategic partners. I completed my MBA at the Indian School of Business with dual majors in Strategy and Marketing. I am a Chartered Accountant. Post my CA, I worked with KPMG in Deal Advisory.
