  • I did my internship from HCL Technologies in TSS Department in Marketing & HR. HCl has started a program ( ECP- Early Career Program ) under which they are hiring class 12th pass out students who fulfilled the eligibility criteria and then called them for the interview process. After the interview if they got selected then they have to go for a paid training program which is provided by the HCL Technologies in Shiv Nadar University. The duration for the training program is 15 month (12 months classroom training+3 month on the job training) and the candidate have to pay the fees for training after 3 years when they will be earning well with the organisation.
  • My job was to do the market research of various institutes,schools,colleges and NGO's in the noida region who has class 12 students or pass out and then call them for the appointment. Secondly we have to go to various institutes near by the HCL Office i.e Noida Sector (2,3,15,16,17,18,19,20,22,62) etc to meet the students studying in those institutes and then give them a brief introduction about the ECP program. And after collecting the relevant information from the students i have to inform my mentor for scheduling their interview in the HCL office. At the end of the day we have to make a report as how many FOOFALLS were there and how many got SELECTED and then sent that report to the mentor.
