Over the last 6+ years, I’ve built People Ops functions from scratch, supported organizations through scale, and worked as part of central teams on performance management, onboarding, retention, and employee experience. My work focuses on creating structure that enables growth: helping teams bring clarity to roles, build effective onboarding and training systems, and design people processes that scale without slowing the business down. I’m particularly interested in how people, process, and culture evolve as startups move from early growth to more complex stages.
