• I was the first employee at Ira and worked closely with both the cofounders. I was the sole person responsible for managing the company website and CMS. As part of my responsibilities, I led the design vision and helped to set product direction and manage two designers and content writers. I collaborated with other designers on enhancing the reading experience of the blogs, conducting market research, user interviews, user feedback sessions and overseeing the implementation.

• Led the design of the company's new e-commerce website and scaled from 0 to 1000+ paying customers.
