• Role: Staffing Consultant
• ● End-to-end recruitment in large numbers for product and service based industry in a highly competitive environment.
• ● Understanding the client requirement and sourcing profiles through database, referrals, and portals.
• ● Taking preliminary interview of candidates via telephone, provide them job description and forwarding their resume to clients
• ● Scheduling candidates for interviews.
• ● Following up with the candidates till he/she comes on board
• ● Handling & maintaining Job postings, Mass Mailers, Ads, etc.
• ● Creating & maintaining a database of resumes for various positions.
• ● Coordinating with HR Team regarding Feedback ,Recruitment's .
