A few milestones that shaped my journey: • Enterprise Delivery & Migration Led the design team for global SAP implementation, delivering standardized reporting for logistics and production sites. Later project managed one of the largest SharePoint migrations from on-prem to cloud. • Data Governance & Quality Set up governance roles and frameworks and chaired the team that wrote companies first Data Quality Handbook—endorsed by senior leadership and still in use today. • Enterprise Data Layer Built a roadmap to consolidate Azure instances into a single enterprise data layer, integrated with MDM and a data catalogue. Created playbooks to help teams adopt these capabilities. • Data Literacy & Skills Rolled out training that reached 9,000 participants in 40+ countries. Certified hundreds of IT staff in data engineering and Azure fundamentals to support digital transformation. • Analytics & Rationalization Delivered automated reporting for logistics and production, improving decision-making speed and quality. Rationalized over 1,000 reports, saving $1M annually, and streamlined visualization tools to reduce cost and complexity. • Innovation & Transformation Introduced a framework for DIY analytics to balance flexibility with governance.
