> Migration of GS-Recruiting system: Currently developing conversion and integration application layers for migration to a newly purchased vendor. > Resume Recommendation Model: To reduce the work of GS-India recruiters significantly, I developed a machine learning model to categorize resumes into different job categories, give relevancy scores. Additionally designed and an incremental self-updating way for new resumes. This system filters out 70\% of the resumes, which are not or very less related to the job categories, thereby significantly reducing the recruiter intervention. The technical stack includes python3, NLTK, Gensim, Word2Vec, SkipGrams, Jupyter Notebook, Gitlab.
> Automation of Hong Rental Reimbursement Process: Streamlined all offline processes happening between compensation office and employees like in-hand/email submission of documents, receipts, etc., using BPMN workflows and E-Tasks. Also developed a drop wizard application for the services. It had direct user interaction, and I also had the opportunity to lead this project to completion. The technical stack includes BPMN workflow, groovy scripting, Drop wizard, SVN, Autosys Job Scheduler.
