Also, led the entire selection, implementation and execution of various tools to build the entire product communication ecosystem (CRM - MoEngage, Nudge/Product Experience - Netcore, Referral - Growsurf, Affiliates - Tapfiliate). - Increase in M+1 retention from 75% to 85% in 15 months - Increase in Paid MAU/Paid Subscribers from 30% in June 2021 to 70% in Jan 2022 3. Blitzscaled the teacher supply and all processes at WhiteHat Jr. in the first few months of covid handling 10x the scale. Also, led the entire teacher Leadership Program - a unique program that offers career progression (first of its kind for gig economy) via crowdsourcing tasks to the teacher community including but not limited to content creation for training and classroom delivery, mentoring new teachers, etc. - Increased avg hours spent by teachers on platform from 140 to 170 hours per month. - Increased average teacher earnings on the platform by 100% - Reduced supply cost as % of net revenue by 25% 4. Set up the entire Customer Success department at Lido including the SOPs and playbook from ground up with 70+ hires in 5 months. 5. Led the digital management and tech platform - ops, content, delivery, product, careers and the category PnL - Scaled the category ops, teams and processes with increase in ARR from 10 Cr to 150 Cr+. - Achieved average NPS of 60+ for the vertical with 90%+ course completion rates
