I'm a combination of Product Manager, AI Research Manager and Staff Data Scientist who can get the AI product portfolio and product teams built from ideation to market. Currently, I lead a team of MLE's and Data Scientists spread across multiple timezones and nationalities and my key strength is to be able to communicate effectively and influence the stakeholders laterally, up and down on deep technical topics and get them to execute on a dynamic multi year roadmap for the portfolio of AI products. I have the capacity to connect latest research in the field with product requirements to ensure we create at peace while minimising the technical debt and maximizing the ROI. I also have the experience in navigating the governance, legal and compliance (PII, explainable, fair, ethical etc) angles for data and AI products.
