• Leading the design for an e-commerce program called OneXp for the audiology department. Responsible for consulting and delivering end-to-end solutions for all the projects that are part of OneXp.
• Major platforms include :
• E-commerce website - which facilitates ordering and after-sales services of hearing instruments - ShopXp
• PIM Tool - product information management tool which facilitates tailoring of products before being published to e-commerce platform - PROCAT.
• Echo design system - Design system which is used throughout ShopXp - Defining component style, behavior, and use cases.
• Usability tests and user research sessions were conducted on a regular basis to test out the product we were building and to make sure we were in line with the user's needs.

• I was involved in initial discussions for different features throughout the development lifecycle with product owners, product managers and technical architects
