As the VP of Growth at Flipkart, I am responsible for driving platform traffic & growing the transacting customer base. Previously, I was the CXO Monetisation at Meesho, where I led the advertising and financial services verticals, and helped the company achieve profitability. Before that, I was the SVP and CxO of Business and Strategy at Disney+ Hotstar, where I had P&L accountability for Hotstar India across all business lines. I led the teams across category, growth partnerships, strategy, and analytics, and successfully executed the scale up of Disney+ Hotstar business in India from 1 Mn to 50Mn subscribers. I built my foundation at McKinsey & Co., where I spent ~6 years advising clients in India & Europe across various strategy & operations topics.
