My career has been non-linear career; I've dabbled multiple hats and loved or learnt from every single one of them. I started out as a Chocolatier(as delicious as it sounds) back in 2013, now I work as a Customer Success Manager at ORO. The journey has been a fun one! Along with customer success and account management at ORO, I dabble with project management, consulting, and creation/modification of internal operational processes.
