I work globally with founders and executive teams building early-stage data and AI companies, providing specialized expertise that increases decision quality and execution velocity in high-pressure, high-uncertainty environments. Over 22+ years, my work has focused on the intersection of applied behavioural science, organisational systems, and executive decision-making under uncertainty. I embed directly with leadership teams to diagnose where momentum and decision flow break down, and address the structural and behavioural constraints that materially block execution. The focus is performance that holds up when stakes are high and outcomes matter. I am currently part of super{set}, a Silicon Valley-based investment platform supporting companies from formation through Series A, with a focus on applied AI and infrastructure. I work across multiple independent portfolio companies, partnering with founding teams during critical inflection points to design and strengthen decision systems and establish operating rhythms that allow companies to scale without sacrificing speed, spirit or alignment. Much of my work operates in what I describe as the invisible infrastructure of performance: the decision and execution systems that outlast individual personalities and strenuous moments.
