My learning journey in a nutshell Started with leading fresher recruitment at Trilogy Innovations , one of the most aspirational tech start-ups in India . Spent 4 years perfecting tech- hiring , understanding the nitty gritty of building culture through everyday communications , making the employees feel heard at the same time making the top management's vision respected .
