  • 6. Selling experience (Selling is tiring and hard, trying to make it easy, honest, and delightful exp)

  • 1. Understand problem
  • 2. Validate the problem via Data, Research, Talking to users, Shadowing users, Analysing session recordings, Heatmaps, Surveys, field visits, User testing, observing call recordings, and interaction. (Not necessarily all, depends on the problem)
  • 3. Summarising observations and making a roadmap to approach for a solution.
  • 4. Stitch ideas and measure changes in the whole user journey. May require to break it down into chunks.
  • 5. Iterate and take feedback until I feel confident.
  • 6. Test via a prototype to validate the approach and solution.
  • 7. Define KPIs to measure the success of design.
  • 8. Document design decisions for handoff
  • 9. Track results to improve it more in the future by measuring what worked well and what didn't. & Why?
