• Role: Applications Operations Analyst - Applications Operations Level 2 Support.
• As an L2 Support Engineer, my team and I supported major CRM banking applications on the production side. Our client was a leading global investment bank. My responsibilities included Incident & Problem Management - performing regular application health checks and providing support in real time, Change and Release management - supporting new application feature release on the production end over the weekends, and also working seamlessly with the Business and Level 3 Support & Developer teams during new feature enhancements, testing, and implementation.
