• The past 3 years have been an amazing journey of constant learning. The field of AI and especially natural language processing has evolved so much over these years.
• At Conversenow, we are working on some of the most pressing problems that the QSR industry faces.
• I started off as a freelancer and programmed our core testing framework. This framework enables our quality team to test thousands of conversations every day and identify issues. It enables our product team to innovate and evolve our core NLU architecture while at the same time continuing to support thousands of calls that are handled every day by our customers.
• From developing the core framework to building a team of QA professionals and automation experts that is able to deliver in a highly dynamic environment is another great challenge that I have worked on.
• In the Quality department, my job involves
• 1. Defining and driving the quality delivery processes and metrics
• 2. Defining the roadmap of our QA platform and the test framework
• 3. Planning and hiring people to ensure the team has sufficient bandwidth
• 4. Develop external partnerships to have access to expertise and talent, on-demand
• I have also had the opportunity to work on some of our very innovative QA, customer support, and customer success tools. This provides deep insights into developing an AI-based product that solves real-world problems.
• Tools, especially the ones that generate training data for AI to learn are going to be critical for any company that wishes to deploy AI at scale. The tools that we have developed at Conversenow are some of the most innovative and effective ones.
• My role here involves
• 1. Work with the product team to define the roadmap and KPIs
• 2. Align the team with the product requirements and make sure everyone gets clarity from both high and low-level perspectives
• 3. Help with any technical challenges. Get down to coding wherever required
