As Director of Global Recruiting at Airbnb, I built the recruiting team and helped grow the company from 150 to 4,000+ employees while doubling women and underrepresented minorities in technical roles. I then co-founded Growth by Design Talent, where for six years our team partnered with some of the best venture-backed companies in the world — Anthropic, Stripe, Figma, Discord — to scale thoughtfully without sacrificing quality or culture. GBD was recently acquired by Cursor and I'm now in an intentional next chapter.
