It all started in 2005 when Windows XP and Microsoft Paint sparked my curiosity about the world of computers and technology. That fascination led me into coding, where I dove deep into the LAMP stack and built my first web apps. After college, I started my career as a Visual Basic developer (a bit old-fashioned, I know). But soon, my mindset evolved from “How to build this?” to “Why are we building this?” That question led me to product thinking. My first major break in product management was implementing a Hospital ERP — multiple stakeholders with fast-paced day-to-day operations largely depended on the software to function efficiently. It was a real lesson in 'how a product can bring efficiency to a business'. This problem-solving approach, combined with product thinking, made me bet my life on product-led entrepreneurship. In 2019, I founded a short-form audio learning app — with 10-minute content in 7 Indian languages. We gained traction but hit a funding wall. The startup wound down, but the entrepreneurial spark stayed. My experience with the e-learning startup helped me land my next role as Product Lead at Asiaville, where I built a vernacular-first K-12 EdTech platform. I launched mobile/web apps, enabled 2000+ hours of content, and scaled to 15K downloads in a month. I then moved to Bangalore, the dream city for entrepreneurs and startups, and joined The Media Ant as the founding product manager. This was India’s largest marketplace for media discovery and planning. Over my tenure, I scaled the platform from 90K to 120M+ MAU, built an internal ERP system to execute 3,000+ campaigns, and led a team of PMs and designers. I also seamlessly integrated ad buying, planning, and selling workflows. Today, I stand at the intersection of product and entrepreneurship — And I’m just getting started.
