• Joining a dev team of four, when the company was just 15 people, I worked as a full stack engineer to build features across the Culture Amp platform, including integrating with HRIS applications, rebuilding the reporting UI as a SPA using React and Redux, (xxx to be added).
• I also played a key role in recruiting new engineers to the team, by promoting Culture Amp within the Ruby community and speaking at conferences and meet-ups, many of whom are still with the company today.
