After launching over 30+ restaurants, I specialize in expanding food ventures through innovative strategies and systematic operations. My entrepreneurial journey began immediately after graduating in 2010, starting with doorstep car wash services. Over eight years, I expanded my team and established a state-of-the-art car detailing workshop with advanced German technology. Growing to include three franchises, I eventually sold Power Clean to pursue my passion for regional cuisine, founding Kerala Cafe, a popular casual dining destination. Driven by a vision to popularize Kerala cuisine globally, I, alongside co-founders, launched the first Kerala Cafe restaurant in Mumbai in 2016. Today, Kerala Cafe welcomes 300,000 guests annually and has garnered numerous accolades. With plans for further expansion through franchising, the restaurant is poised to open in additional cities across India and internationally. In 2023, I joined Nino Foods, a premium cloud kitchen and QSR brand backed by YCombinator, to oversee the rapid scaling of its cloud kitchen and develop QSR models.
