I’m Kannan- a founder driven by purpose, not just profit. Born in Tamil Nadu, I grew up seeing the power of nature and the wisdom of traditional foods. But I also saw how industrial shortcuts replaced real nutrition with harmful ingredients. That’s why I created Palm Era - a clean food brand rooted in tradition and backed by certifications. From AGMARK-certified palm jaggery to nutrient-rich superfood blends, everything we make is free from chemicals, additives, or shortcuts. Our mission is simple: help people move back to nature with confidence and care - while uplifting the communities that harvest it. Before building Palm Era, I spent over a decade in the IT industry - working with Tata Consultancy Services and Cognizant in roles ranging from team lead to Solution Architect in DevOps and release management. That experience taught me how to think systematically, build reliable processes, and scale with integrity - all of which I’ve applied in building a food brand that values quality, transparency, and tradition.
