• 1) Technical strategy - partner with business & product stakeholders to define product roadmap, identifying build vs buy, regulatory audit compliance of engineering systems
• 2) Functional delivery - OKR planning, prioritisation, Agile product development
• 3) Engineering & operational excellence - Incident management, Quality assurance, Tech debt planning, platformisation, DevOps practices
• 4) People - Hiring, retention, goal setting, career planning and performance reviews of managers and senior engineers

• Lending
• 1. Flipkart EMI - 1P EMI product to provide affordability for FK customers. Partnering with multiple leading banks (Loan mgmt, Loan onboarding, Billing/Collections etc)
• 2. Credit Marketplace - 3P EMI products like CC, DC & Cardless EMIs. In partnership with multiple leading banks
• 3. 2Wheeler Finance - Loans for 2W purchases on Flipkart. Parterning with multiple leading motor finance institutions
• Non-Lending
• 1. Flipkart Pay - Discovery of all Fintech products (EMIs, CBC, UPI etc) across a the e-commerce funnel - FK Home/product pages, Cart/Checkout, Payments, MyAccounts etc
• 2. CBC - engineering team behind Co-Branded Credit card for Flipkart (with Axis Bank)
• 3. Risk & Fraud - Payments (Payments discovery, Transaction execution) & Fintech (Account onboarding, EMI risk limits) fraud detection & prevention
• 4. InsureTech - powers various value-added-Services like extended warranty, accidental damage plans et. Partnering with 3rd parties like Bajaj, Servify etc
• 5. Fintech QA - Cross functional QA team responsible for both manual & automation testing

• Currently leading 3 teams spanning both platform and business initiatives.
• Recharges & Bill Payments - Flipkart has now entered the online bill payments space. I lead the engineering team responsible for building the entire RCBP experience, with full set of e-commerce funnel integrations (Catalog, OMS, Cart/Checkout, Payments, Fulfillment, Accounting, Reconciliation, Customer support etc.). We launched Mobile prepaid as the first category with other categories (Electricity, DTH etc.) planned across next several months.
• Fintech Discovery & Growth - This team's charter includes,
• Discovery - Enable discovery for our customers of various Fintech products (Co-Branded Credit cards, BuyNowPayLater, Insurance, Personal Loans and RCBP etc.) through various touch points like Home page, Search page, Product page, Money+ on Flipkart app and online experiences. The goal is to increase adoption of a variety of credit/lending constructs to help our customers with digitization of payment options and provide them with various affordability options for their online shopping needs and
• Growth - Target organic growth and adoption of our Fintech products (Co-branded Credit card, BuyNowPayLater for now) through customer focused referral programs. Upon a successful referral the referrer and the referred both get rewarded through FK gift cards, providing an exciting incentive for further engagement through this channel
• This team also own "Money+" on Flipkart. The category that's home to all Fintech products on Flipkart
• HawkEye - This team is responsible for dealing with Fraud - Transaction fraud for Payments (all payment instruments like CC, DC, UPI, eGV, etc), Fintech Payment option discovery (Flipkart PayLater, PayLater EMI), Fintech onboarding fraud (for FK PayLater), FK PayLater externalization Fraud (spanning across FK Travel, ClearTrip, Myntra, PineLabs etc.). We use a combination of Rule engine and different Machine learning models to detect/prevent fraud
