Coming from a humble background, I’ve built my journey by breaking barriers and embracing every challenge with a warrior mindset. A Chemistry graduate turned HR professional, I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and am an NCC-trained C-Certificate holder. Before I found my calling in talent acquisition, I represented Gujarat in Trap Shooting and earned a Gold Medal in 2007, an experience that taught me the importance of precision, consistency, and self-belief. Professionally, my story has been deeply intertwined with Collabera’s evolution — from joining as a trainee recruiter in 2010 to growing alongside the organization through its transformation into Collabera Digital, and now Ascendion, an AI-first software engineering company. Along this journey, I’ve been fortunate to lead talent acquisition across India, the UK, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the Philippines — helping shape diverse, high-performing teams that drive business impact. As a leader, I’m known to be a taskmaster by profession, but empathetic at core — someone who values ethical leadership, integrity, and gratitude.
