Kunwarbir has 12+ yrs of experience across various stints in the personal care(perfumes and fragrances), lifestyle accessories(fashion watches) and alcobev segments(scotch whisky and beer) and now consumer tech(laptops and tablets). He has handled profiles in sales, distribution and business development for a launch product; retail marketing & digital initiatives for a retail channel business; more recently brand management, marketing, and P&L custodianship for two of the world's biggest alcobev brands in scotch whisky and beer for the India domestic market. He led the charter to drive deeper business and brand penetration for gaming PC and android tabs for lenovo india for around 4+yrs, and now since the last 18months he is mandated to lead marketing strategy, global launches, operations and partnerships for the Lenovo Legion brand across the world. Kunwarbir has done his undergraduate in Biotechnology and PGDM Communications from MICA(Class of 2013) where he dabbled in subjects ranging from media planning to strategy management to communication theory to film studies. He comes from a nuclear family, Sikh by faith but born and bred in Bengali culture, hailing from Calcutta; this gives him a stellar perspective on most things ranging from food to politics. His time outside of work is invested in chasing his two dogs around the house and the nearest available park, trying to keep up with Liverpool FC and the NBA, while also trying to experiment with and seeking out the best food and drink in town.
