  • 1.Download the Packaging Slips(PS) of Orders to be dispatched today and share it to WH
  • 2. Update PS tracker(Google Sheet) with order details
  • 3. Review and match PS tracker with all PS shared and make sure all PS available - Reviewed
  • 4. Schedule pickups and get confirmation from KR – Pickups scheduled
  • 5. Get status of pending orders and give instructions to WH on next action
  • 6. Get status of RTO orders and give instructions to WH on next action
  • 7. Check and update RTO tracker on which orders we need to collect reshipping fee (Get approval from Jenny to ship today)
  • 8. Track all orders fulfilled previous day before 2 pm to make sure all orders have been connected.
  • 9. Ask WH to share pics of inventory
  • 10. Review and Resolve any Ware house questions about orders/PS/labels and follow up on subrequest orders
  • 11. Review and Resolve orders that have Pincode or See Notes tags
  • 12. Review & follow up on Undelivered Orders
  • 13. Review RTO’s coming back to Warehouse, contact the customer and try to resolve the issue
  • 14. As soon I get an update on today’s shipping orders, create labels and share it to the warehouse in a dropbox link.
  • 15. Grey Cells for all label created orders
  • 16. Get Pics of orders after labels are attached and they are ready to be shipped.
  • 17. After confirmation that the order has shipped, Update the Grey Cells to Shipped Tab in Google Sheet.
  • 18. Confirm by 5pm if PICKUP hasn’t happened, ask them to DROP OFF and raise an escalation with ShipRocket & Courier Team.
  • 19. Have Warehouse update inventory tracker as well.
  • 20. Have 30 min Handshake Call and discuss all issues for the day.
  • 21. Fulfill all the orders shipped and update the PS tracker
