• Started and built the AI/ML division from ground up. I was brought in by the then CEO, Sishir Reddy with a mandate of "build me an NLP/AI engine and a ML practice".
• Scaled the team to 40+ people, hired and managed over 100 folks during this period. Most importantly, my team and I would go on to build AI platforms powered by over 30 AI models, processing over a billion pages annually.
• Coded a fair bit of the early product, and was responsible for product strategy, roadmaps and vision. Key insights and business needs would be distilled to technical strategy & code.
• Reported to C-Suite, worked with CTO, COO towards scaling the product and driving enterprise value.

• 1. Text Classification Engine - classify incoming documents into one of 16 classes for user access, using deep learning and linguistic feature extraction methods
• 2. NLIDB Engine - convert a free text query into a SQL query, to create a better document search experience for a user
• 3. Clustering Engine - create clusters of similar documents, that can be showcased upon selection of a seed document
