I’m a Creative Director, Design Leader, and Entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience working at the intersection of design, technology, and business. Today, I work in a senior design leadership role with a US-based company, where I lead high-impact design initiatives and manage distributed creative teams across the US and India. My focus goes beyond execution. I work closely with stakeholders to align storytelling, user experience, and business strategy, and turn design into a true growth driver. Over the years, I’ve led large-scale, omnichannel design programs for global brands and fast-growing companies. I’m passionate about building scalable design systems, strong brand foundations, and creative strategies that deliver measurable impact, not just good visuals. As a creative entrepreneur, I actively explore and apply AI, Web3, and emerging creative technologies. I’m especially interested in how design can become a scalable, monetizable asset and how creative leaders can stay relevant in a rapidly evolving creative economy. Mentorship has always been a big part of my journey. In 2017, I was honored as Business Mentor of the Year by Entrepreneur of India, recognizing my work in leadership, mentorship, and creative entrepreneurship. My artwork has also been showcased internationally, including New York Times Square, reflecting my ongoing passion for pushing boundaries in visual storytelling and digital art. I’m also a frequent speaker at international design and technology conferences, where I share insights on AI’s role in creativity, the future of design leadership, and the business of design. I strongly believe designers should think beyond tools and execution and step into strategy, ownership, and long-term impact. Currently, I lead and mentor cross-border design teams while shaping design strategy for enterprise-scale products.
