Lead a recruiting team of 100+ globally to support a hiring demand of over 2K hires per year. Zenefits: Built and led recruiting for Zenefits, the fastest growing SaaS company in history at the time. Grew the recruiting team from 5 to 55 recruiters, as hiring increased to a peak of 1800 hires in 2015. Built recruiting processes and operations from scratch. SAP: Led the global TA function for this 75K employee company. Led a recruiting team of 300+ globally that yielded 15K hires annually. Drove a major org and budget overhaul that resulted in a centralized, efficient, scalable, operationally sound recruiting model.
