• In this role, I manage a dedicated team and take full ownership of a specific module within kyvos. My role involves overseeing the end-to-end development of multiple features within the module, ensuring that each one meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. I am responsible for defining the technical direction for my module, making key architectural decisions, and ensuring the successful integration of new features with existing components.
• A core part of my responsibilities is task delegation and effective team management. I identify and assign tasks based on each team member's strengths and expertise, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the best of their abilities. I work closely with my team to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, provide guidance throughout the development process, and ensure that project milestones are achieved.
