Developed a market analysis tool that identifies which cities perform best within each US state, giving clients data-backed targeting recommendations instead of gut decisions. Reduced company-wide Calls per Lead from 200 to 140 by standardizing how campaigns are assigned — matching the right time slots, agent groups, and markets using performance data.
