About

Hey, I am Nainika Babbar, a young Individual passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development. From growing up in a small tourist city, Haridwar, to having spoken at Times of India and being one of the youngest delegates to represent India amongst 165+ Nations in the World Youth Forum ' 19, my journey has been adventurous and full of learnings. I started Club Magnate to help my college students to take charge and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. In India's Tier 2 colleges, the only thing authorities care about grades and not overall personality development. They will spoon-feed or, worst, not even encourage you. These challenges led me to start Magnate and get GEN-Z talking about the impact they can create as an individual. I learned about the Idea building process and experimented with different things to enable students and Founders to have a trajectory that leads them to have results. I am an enthusiastic learner with experience in the non-profit sector. I believe in giving back to society and play my role in making this world more beautiful. Further, my exploration led me to interact with corporate and get interested in growth and strategy. The growth followed by a good strategy is an integral part that covers brand awareness and outreach to generate tangible results and conversions, which forms the most important part of any company.
