As someone with a growth mindset, I strongly believe that I can learn to do anything I want. And this has led me to involve myself in learning a variety of things at my workplace. I'm incredibly lucky to have begun my journey at a startup that gave me exposure to work beyond my role. I constantly try to learn and improve myself, not only in skills required for my job, but also learn about other domains like tech, product and business. The most important skill of today is learnability, and I focus on being able to adapt myself to any role that comes my way. My intellectual curiosity drives me to be a lifelong learner. I love to read anything and everything, but even more if its focused towards self-development, growth, learning and leadership. I'm also passionate about teaching kids and making an impact in their lives. I strongly believe in working towards bringing a positive change in society through education. I volunteered on weekends (pre-pandemic) to teach government school children the fundamentals of communication and decision-making which help them to a better future.
