Neha Joshi (MSc MBACP) — Associate Consultant
I’m an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MSc, MBACP) with a passion for helping people feel more connected, understood, and at ease with themselves. My approach brings together Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Attachment-Based approaches, allowing me to adapt therapy to each person’s unique needs. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach; every individual deserves a space where they feel seen, safe, and supported to explore their experiences at their own pace. I work with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, trauma, grief and life transitions. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, it’s about recognising patterns, building self-awareness, and sometimes simply having the space to process experiences in a supportive environment. My aim is to provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain perspective, and move toward greater confidence and balance in your life. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I’m committed to ethical and evidence-based practice, as well as continuing to learn and grow as a practitioner. As I continue to build my private practice, I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and welcoming to those who are ready to take the first step toward understanding themselves better. I also enjoy connecting with others in the mental health and wellbeing community and am open to collaborations, workshops, and professional projects that promote awareness and personal growth.
