Six years ago, I took a leap of faith and turned down an Amazon Research offer to start my own company. My vision: to create a foundational change in how brands engage with customers and redefine consumer behavior. With a Computer Science and AI background from IIT Delhi, I co-founded LimeChat, where we are building the next generation of conversational AI agents. Our AI handles millions of interactions for leading brands, automating up to 80% of conversations while delivering satisfaction rates higher than human agents.
