• Worked on operations end to end, directly impact the learning outcomes of 150+ students, directly enabling career for ambitious students. Role involved handling diverse stakeholders(Mentors, students, founders, C-suite level executives) to learning experience curation, networking management etc.
• Achievements include:
• 1. Led the ops for 180+ learning experiences enabling VUCA(Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) capabilities to students.
• 2. Drove ops for 6 events across 2 Mock-interviews taking care of the end to end process, playing a role in enabling learning outcomes.
• 3. Boosted resume quality for 80 students, increasing the resume acceptance rate for initial screening from 13% to 23%.
• 4. Liaised with alumni network to strengthen the brand equity of Mesa and worked with them to enable learning outcomes for preceding cohort, playing a crucial role in increase in NPS from 3.9 to 4.5.(Feedback form was used to capture the data points)

• Conversed with prospective candidates, emapthizing with their needs, and aligning them with the career outcomes that Mesa can unlock for them.

• Generalist program intern, worked across the different program touch points including but not limited to mentor sourcing, market research, LMS management, classroom ops to name a few.
