The Internship at GEP in the Summer of 21' was a memorable experience and comprised activities such as:
1) Worked in the Payments and Invoicing space with a significant goal towards fulfilling the use case of 'Conceptualizing a Travel Expense Management System' under the existing GEP SMART P2P suit privileges
2) Worked extensively with Design and Engineering teams to envision and future proof Expense Reporting, right from Expense Logging to Payment Reimbursement in the TEM chain and landscape
3) Created a business roadmap and launch strategies to place the standalone TEM product, with the existing Account Payables suit to provide a competitive market edge to the product.
4) Designed and carried out steps to optimize the existing Invoice Reconciliation Routing (IRR) process.
5) Winner of Ideate 2021, a product competition at GEP.
6) Following successful completion of the Internship received a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role as an APM.
