I am a result-oriented HR professional equipped with eight years of experience and a track record of delivering impactful solutions across small, medium and large-scale reputed organizations like Odessa, Hero Fincorp, HDFC Ergo Health Insurance, Hilti, Genpact & Novo Nordisk. Over the years, I have honed my skills in HR Business partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Employee experience, People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. My experience of navigating complex HR issues as a Centre of Excellence expert & as an HR Business partner has enabled me to develop strong project management and domain knowledge.
