As a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at Marshmallow, I play a key role in building high-performing engineering and product teams across the Hungarian and UK markets. I lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of tech roles—ranging from software engineers to data professionals and product managers—ensuring that every hire supports our ambitious growth and innovation goals. In this role, I collaborate closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and our broader People team to deliver a streamlined and inclusive recruitment process. From sourcing and engaging top-tier tech talent to managing interviews and offer negotiations, I ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. I also lead our HEP(Hiring Exceptional People) interviewer training to ensure our interviewers and hiring managers are confident throughout our interview process. I'm passionate about leveraging data to inform decisions. I track hiring metrics, create dashboards, and provide insights that help our leadership teams forecast and plan effectively. This includes headcount alignment, talent mapping, and building strategic recruitment pipelines. Beyond the core of recruitment, I actively contribute to Marshmallow’s employer branding efforts, especially in the tech space. I help shape our presence through social media, engaging content, job fairs, and events that resonate with engineers and technologists. Crafting clear, appealing job descriptions and promoting our unique culture are also key parts of my work. Prior to joining Marshmallow, I gained experience in both agency and in-house recruitment, covering a wide spectrum of roles—from highly technical engineering positions to corporate functions like finance, marketing, and HR. This varied background helps me quickly understand team needs and identify candidates who will thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. When I'm not matching brilliant minds with exciting tech roles, I’m studying to become a certified sommelier—already holding a WSET Level II qualification.
