• Help business grow from 300cr (July 21) to 3000cr (July 24) ARR, the current ARR is 800cr. Achieve GM of 12% and 8% from intra and inter respectively.
• Reduce the DSO to +5 working days of client payable date from current 45+ days.

Institutionalized on call process to reduce on call investment by 80% across the PODs. Bought developer productivity as a forefront metric by measuring investments across rework. Reduced rework by 50% & improve developer velocity by 2x.
