  • Between May 2020 and June 2021 I participated in the build-up of Amazon's Covid-19 testing program which enabled testing on a global scale to help keep both customers and employees safe and help get the economy back up and running.
  • I was a key contributor in the hiring of Manchester's state-of-the-art testing lab by generating 24 offers across 5 job families (Engineering, Procurement, Tech, Quality, Medical Science) and 14 different roles.
  • Between Q3 2021 and Q2 2023 I owned Tech Management hiring (SDM, TPM, PMT roles) for Amazon International Technologies (INTech) in Luxembourg, Amsterdam and London. I worked directly with Business leadership with complete autonomy to build sourcing strategy, improve processes or pilot new initiatives. From Q3 2023 I supported Global Customer Fulfilment (Ops Tech) as Client Lead for all Tech roles in EMEA, mainly hiring BIE, SDE, TPM and Data Engineers positions.
