Job Responsibilities: AS HRBP Dalmia Bharat Plant & Customer Site Visit & Coordination with Site In charge & Account Managers for HR related issue Coordination with all segment leaders to understand business support required & Manpower forecasting New Joineee Induction & Mentoring with Feedback of Onboarding PMS process of segment (Sales & marketing & Corp) Redundancy process ( Reduce manpower through a Process) PIP process Activates to identify low Performers to enhanced their skills set for better performance Exit formalities –Exit Interview ,Separation Process & F&F Manpower utilization as per Visit feedback to analysis right fit candidate for the profile Control on Front Line manpower at Customer site 3rd Party Manpower (Tarama ) life cycle Talent Management (Potential Assessment to IDP Review & closure ) competency development for Learning & development environment & knowledge sharing sessions Major Achievement Digitalization of process of PMS & TA activities HR4U (ERP Software) as per the process digitalization survey) Collect & Analysis data from feedback of Customer, Internal stakeholders -Through Survey Monkey )& 3rd Party Vendors to improve customer delight Utilization of Digital platform of zoom meeting in sales & marketing team daily meeting & feedback session which help for better utilization of resource in less cost .
