About

Understanding human behavior and landing transformative talent at workplace is something I want to explore and I believe that Recruitment is the perfect way to gain this exposure. I kick-started my career in talent acquisition with two startups - Zomato (A restaurant search and discovery platform) and Roposo (India's first fashion-focused social network). Working closely with the business leaders to identify and support talent needs in event of attrition or new hires was what my role entailed in these organisations. Currently, I am a part of the Leadership Talent Acquisition team (PDAT) at Deloitte India (Offices of the US).
