As an Associate Director at CoinSwitch, I lead the operations for the largest cryptocurrency exchange platform in India. With over 18 years of experience in the customer experience industry, I have successfully managed and scaled teams, processes, and systems to deliver high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. I have also contributed to the strategic planning and execution of CoinSwitch's expansion and diversification plans, working with cross-functional stakeholders and partners. Prior to joining CoinSwitch, I was a Senior Manager at Ola, handling the WFM/Planning and Analytics for India/ANZ & UK business and oversaw the Operations for the mobility and food delivery verticals. I was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as optimizing the cost and performance of the BPO vendors. I also played a key role in planning of the customer support team and operations of Ola's presence in new markets and segments, such as Ola Electric and Ola Foods.
