About

With over a decade of engineering leadership, I am currently Head of Engineering for the Dasher organization at DoorDash, where I lead a team of 70+ engineers dedicated to empowering local economies by creating the best platform for flexible earning opportunities with world-class product experiences. Previously, I spent 2-3 years focusing on Logistics at DoorDash, where I supported a 40-member organization responsible for predicting delivery times, optimizing dasher assignments, managing order lifecycles, and building infrastructure frameworks. I drove $100-200MM in annualized cost savings while ensuring 99.99% system reliability. Now, my team manages the end-to-end experience for dashers, including onboarding and earnings algorithms, and develops innovative products like Local Commerce Service Partner (LCSP). We have proudly served 13 million dashers and facilitated $35 billion in payouts. Before DoorDash, I spent a decade at Amazon, where I specialized in transportation optimization and helped transition to a first-party network. I am passionate about building scalable, reliable solutions that drive impactful results.
