I build HR functions that scale — from 0 to 1, and from 1 to 100. Over 13 years I've partnered with Founders, CEOs, and global leadership teams across high-growth startups and Global Capability Centres to turn people strategy into business outcomes. Whether that's scaling a team 5× in 9 months, reducing attrition from 45% to 9%, or building an HR function from scratch when there's no playbook to follow. From 2024, I chose to work independently with early-stage startups as a fractional HR advisor — building HR infrastructure, scaling teams, and advising Founders on workforce strategy. That experience sharpened my ability to move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and deliver in ambiguous environments.
