I am an Engineering and MBA graduate from JNIT Jaipur and NMIMS Mumbai. I have a total work experience of 4 years working with top product firms across fintech, SaaS, health-tech, logistics, and e-commerce. I'm currently working at Jupiter as a Technical Recruiter. I craft candidate experiences, design data-backed hiring strategies, and thrive on the energy of high-impact teams. From closing niche engineering roles in fast-paced startups to partnering directly with leadership at Jupiter to scale tech hubs from the ground up, my journey in Talent Acquisition has been anything but ordinary. At Jupiter, I’ve led end-to-end tech hiring for banking, investment, and lending tech orgs — owning both lateral and campus recruitment, setting up a brand-new Tech Center in Jaipur, and driving leadership hiring like it’s second nature. I’ve also worked on TA process optimization, dashboards, compensation benchmarking, and creating docs that make hiring better (not just prettier ✨).
