My journey into recruitment wasn’t linear, it was built on curiosity, conversation, and a love for understanding people. After completing my Bachelor’s in Economics and Psychology and a Master’s in Psychology, I spent 3 years leading Human resource and Operations for leading EdTech companies. I built partnerships, drove adoption, and held high-stakes conversations daily. It taught me how to read people, manage relationships, and align business goals with people strategies. But what truly stuck with me was talent, who gets hired, why they succeed, and how great teams are built. That’s what led me to recruitment. To strengthen my business acumen and gain a broader understanding of organizational dynamics, I decided to hone my management skills and pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management.
