I didn’t start my career thinking I’d obsess over grocery apps… but here we are. Today, I work at Apna Mart, a combination of quick commerce and modern retail, where my days revolve around improving conversion, experimenting with growth ideas, and understanding why someone adds to cart but doesn’t check out. I design growth campaigns, optimise app journeys, and constantly balance user experience with business impact. In a world of 15-minute deliveries, every click, nudge, and banner placement matters and that’s actually the fun part. Before this, I worked on enterprise systems, redesigning workflows and building more efficient processes. I completed my MBA from TAPMI where, apart from academics, the coastal campus life in Manipal was definitely a highlight. I enjoy building products, running structured experiments, planning growth events, and converting consumer behaviour into meaningful product. I bring a strong blend of user empathy, business acumen, and product thinking. Outside work, I create content on social media, paint to unwind, and relax with a good show. A game of badminton or a long run is my go-to reset.
